The 10-pax sauna holds 85°C. Go in, sweat, let the heat work through every layer.

The cold plunge sits at 5°C. Step in, stay, let your body register the shock.

The 6-pax hot tub waits at 40°C. Sink in, decompress, let the circulation move.

The whole cycle is 60 minutes. Run it at your own pace — no instructor, no schedule.

Not a fitness plan — a structure. Each protocol has a different goal and rhythm. Pick one, follow the steps.

Universal Rules

HYDRATION

Hydrate before and after. Not during cold plunge.

BREATHING

Breathe through your nose in heat. Exhale through your mouth in cold.

EXIT SIGNALS

If you feel dizzy, light-headed, or chest-tight — exit and sit down. Tell staff.

COLD POSITION

Cold plunge: chest deep, head dry, hands in. Not full submersion.

SPACING

6-hour gap between sessions if you're doing two in a day.

FUEL

Eat 90+ minutes before. Not on a full stomach. Not on empty.
